Welcome aboard.
A few quick details and you're a Crewmate. Nothing more than what's needed.
Heads up about taxes
We'll need your tax info — not today, but when you've made a bunch of money with us.
It's a thing. The IRS asks us to issue a 1099 to anyone earning above a threshold in a calendar year. Most Crewmates don't reach it for a while, so we don't ask for tax ID up front.
When you reach $2,000/year in earnings, we'll ask for your SSN or EIN at that point — not before. Outside the US, we use the W-8BEN form. Either way, we tell you in advance and you have time to provide it.
